Episode 1,685 - Yes, We CAN live Simple, God-Centered Lives Even Today. Marlin Miller, Publisher of Plain Values Magazine joins (AUDIO & VIDEO)
It seems an unachievable dream to live simply, as it used to be, say, in the way of the Amish. I had an opportunity to speak with a very interesting man. His name is Marlon Miller. He's a publisher of Plain Values Magazine. Marlon grew up Amish and he's made a life out of sharing the gospel with the Amish. But, he's also used his Amish upbringing to create a simple life, not just for him, but for a lot of people. He and his wife adopted four kids who each have some form of developmental challenge. He told me about his decision to create a community based upon these simple plain values. I also asked him, why would the Amish need to have the gospel shared with them?
What does God’s Word say?
16 Better a little with the fear of the Lord
than great wealth with turmoil.
17 Better a small serving of vegetables with love
than a fattened calf with hatred.

Believe it or not, California is actually losing members of the Hollywood elite. Jillian Michaels is leaving California. She's a fitness influencer who achieved fame on The Biggest Loser TV show. We'll talk about some other people who are waking up to what California is and how important it is that we are there to help them, to embrace them, to celebrate not just the red pilling, but the fact that they may well escape spiritual captivity. I think it's very difficult to not be a spiritual captive in California. We'll also talk about Elon Musk. He is saying out loud on his own platform that in fact, they are attempting to rig an election. Bu,t will Twitter be the place where we can learn the truth about COVID? Because I know we can't count on YouTube. In the UK, things are changing. They're backing away from the safe and effective law.
What does God’s Word say?
They bend their tongue like a bow; falsehood and not truth has grown strong in the land; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not know me, declares the Lord.
