THE THESIS: It’s out in the open: Biden the Figurehead has been caused to order every department of the federal power structure to help rig the election. Sure, they call it voter turnout and participation drives. That, in and of itself is not the job of the DOJ, IRS, Post Officer, HHS, DHS and the other power-bases.
