Thank you, Todd, for so sensitively conveying this incredible news. Thank you for your thoughts for this dear guy---this radio icon who felt like an old friend to me. I'm grieved to hear this news. I had chuckled that his fill-in hostess had commented on Friday afternoon that the audience should have no fear, Dori would be back on the air on Monday.

I'm sorry for your loss---much closer than mine as simply a longtime listener... He was your personal friend.

The radio biz has downsides... hosts become/feel like personal friends who deeply impact our lives, friends most of us will likely never meet. Dori was one of them. And, Rush, for me, was one of them.

You are one of them.

Such a grief this is this evening.

Thank you for this personal note. Thank you for your insights.

Thank you for the sharing of your life.

God bless you more.

The Trump jab.

Nah. The left and the establishment own this monstrosity from snout to tail. Trump was naive and got caught between a rock and a hard place, and figured on an immunizing vaccine (which it isn't at all) to rein things in. But the left and the establishment with their Fauci fawning, their cover-ups, their shilling for corrupted and untrustworthy pharmaceutical companies, their pushing for mandates -- they own this.

I’m so sorry for your loss, Todd. First Rush, now Dori. Not digging the ‘20’s at all, so far.

Thank you Herminator. A fitting tribute to a wonderful man. My prayers are with his family as well as yours. Dori gave me 15 minutes of fame and featured our bear spray mask videos. When we talked prior to the interview he was awesome. And then we talked for another 20 minutes after the interview. Same man on and off the air. Seattle has lost the last fighter for common sense and justice. Without a public voice of reason holding back the hords of idiots, I don't know what will happen to this region in the coming years. I may be joining you in ID sooner than later. I know this is not the time to bring it up, but Dori listened to his doctors instead of his intuition. I pray that his poor judgement was not the cause of his early demise. I also realize that we should all start getting used to losing our loved one's that "Died Suddenly". I'm not mentally prepared for it, but I also understand that it's not in my control. My own brother has been experiencing heart issues. I believe his time is short, but I'm not ready to face it. God Bless you, my friend. Thank you for the daily fight, and for helping me learn how to strengthen my faith.

Dori will be missed. A man of God, family and country. Dori was a considerate and kind man who exposed the RATS 🐀 in government. Dori is resting in the arms of our Savior Jesus. (most likely asking Jesus what He thought were the best sound bites 😉)

Dori's loss is devastating to me...that doesn't happen often. He was the one voice for us in WA, never stopping, always honest, funny, real.

I woke at 2 AM and couldn't stop thinking about Dori and his family and friends. I prayed much but do know, he is with the lord. I went to you Todd, it helped. You said what I couldn't. Thank you. Bless you.

It is always hard to lose a friend. The older we are, the longer the list, and it is always so very hard.

Sorry, Todd.

God bless Dori Monson and his family. Thank you Todd for your heartfelt post. I am overcome with sadness since hearing the news of his passing. I started listening daily to Dori’s show after I heard him make Friday guest appearances on your local KTTH (the guitar man tune rings a bell) radio show. Up until hearing him on your show I thought he was a local sports announcer, which he was but he was so much more. His adorable personality, his kind soul and his love for his family and our region will leave a lasting legacy. To Dori’s family, Nichol and his team at KIRO, his many friends and colleagues my heartfelt condolences.

I moved out of the PNW less than 2 years ago. I was a long time listener of Dori Monson. I followed his life as he was want to share it with his listeners. Every day.

This news makes me sad. God bless his family and God bless Dori Monson.
