This is so true. Many of us haven’t wanted to add to the fear cycle by shouting. We’ve quietly advised loved ones to research themselves before making medical choices, we’ve put up a sign in our yard for a candidate for the first time, we’ve been using our words to remind people to THINK not FEAR and that’s how God has impressed on us to help in this time.

Your heart check is noticed. I’ve had to do some apologizing myself to family members….sometimes my desire to be the smartest, most correct one supersedes my desire to have them healthy.

Thanks Todd. I work in a very "woke" environment here in Seattle and for the most part everyone is nice and rarely talks politics or culture. But when they do I have found it's far more productive and resonates better with people to calmly ask questions when they say "this person's a whatever" or "can you believe blank" even though it drives me crazy listening to the nonsense and I just want to scream at them. I know a lot of people believe "I'm right until YOU prove me wrong" and simply asking questions makes them have prove their beliefs. That's what I do, maybe it works on a few people and I'll happily take it.

God bless my brother.
