State laws differ. In my state, small quantities of farm produce under a certain limit are not reportable.
None of your images work anymore. Perhaps you can find a more permanent source for them, or set one aside.
I am so glad I don't attend WSU any more. It was bad when I went there, but it's off the rails any more.
